I realize that many of us are frustrated with the lack of news....I get the feeling that positive developments are occurring and they are more than a little sensitive in nature....I think we should maintain the solidarity and patience we as a group have shown of late... I personally would like to know why there has been an slight increase in the daily price range along with a large increase in the volume... Albert, In your response to J.L. you questioned whether the band and the company were in disagreement as to the content of the news release. If I may hazard a guess I would say yes. To further speculate, the disagreement may be based on a desire of the company to release info pleasing to us shareholders which the band feels may have a negative impact on the processing of the application. As our success hinges greatly on the success of the band, I for one will gladly wait longer for additional information if releasing it now in any way jeopardizes the bands future. I hope the company and the band keep their priorities straight and do what is best for all in the long run. Sincerely, Mike H
