This is bull. PVO hired Gopell who were the underwriters of Gabriel. This is a crock of doo-doo. Check out the offering memo. There is no disclosure for GBU. None. Nada. We don't know what we are buying and don't have a vote. PVO managenmment is acting irrationallly. If this goes through the stock may go to zero or it may go to the moon. The problem is that given what is noen you cany'y tell what is what.
