Very well worded post. The only reservation that I have is that ifly is not an internet company. It is a travel agency that said "hey we should be on the internet, let's call someone and se if we can do that". Yes I understand that they say they will offer competitive advantages to flifo or travelocity or even the airline sites, but it's along off from today. And if internet stocks tank before their site has gained acceptance?...

fwiw, I'm still playing it.

Sverre, can you explain the term "blue skyed".
I live in Virginia and bought IFLYW today, I read that it cannot be converted by persons residing in Virginia, what options does that leave me? Thanks in advance if you can help me understand this.

IFYW - Based on my conversation with Ted Meadows at 216-220-0693 (w/ IR - First London , I think), the strike price is 125% of IPO price not 150%. That would make it $6.25. I do not have prospectus (yet) but would like someone to check please if they do have one.

Thanks

Eric

Sverre:

You mentioned: that for a buck you'll be able to cash in a minimum of 2.50 if IFLY hits 10....

I thought the strike price was 3.75, end of story, that's all she wrote. Can you fill me in?

With mucho gracianosss!
