Because Ira said that 4 for 1 was the absolute worst it would be...
and we can certainly say that because regardless of current prices
of the particular stock if FAMH walks away ATXI will be delisted,
and the current shareholders will lynch the ATXI officers... I know
a couple of ATXI shareholders who sold as soon as they felt the ATXI
officers weren't cooperating with Ira back when they issued that
stupid press release with the "people who claimed to represent Firamada"
comment -- they said if the officers were that dumb they didn't want
to own the stock.

Regardless of the price, my money is staying with FAMH where the
revenues are. Anyone buying ATXI better realize that if for any reason
the deal falls through ATXI is gonna tank and it isn't coming back.

So anyway, back to the point. Ira said anywhere from "2.5 for 1" to
"4 for 1" and I imagine it is more negotiable based on other factors
than it is on stock price.

True, but it will also be based on a negotiation not just a simple dollar for dollar stock value exchange. Ira has stated that it will be "favorable for FAMH shareholders" (If I may quote the man). I guess it depends if you have faith in Ira or not. Come to think of it, that is what much of stock picking is about; faith in the company, its products or services and faith in its leaders.
