Mr. Miller

I agree with you 100%. I bought shares of dgiv on hype on the threads
without doing my DD. The more I checked the more I thought I made a mistake. I have many questions I hope you or someone else on the thread can answer.
Starting on jan 20 pr about 1.5 mil share buyback. they have 16m shares outstanding with a float of 5m. They want to buy back 1/3 of the float.
feb.6 pr dgiv secures 60m investment (IN PRINCIPAL) Does this mean no signed contract-no money, just talk. If they need money why are they buying back shares instead of selling some of what they have?
Feb 11 pr Russian confederation passes dgiv for certification. (FOR EXAMINATION ONLY) No contract-no money
Mar. 13 pr dgiv to carry long distance from europe. 1m per mo in traffic. What portion of the 1m does dgiv get?
Apr 2 pr dgiv prepares for form 10 reporting. (IN ANTICIPATION OF AUDIT) If they do not like the audit they will not file?

Observations
Liberty is only a shell. No money -all talk
The threads savior Mr. D sounds like the pump of a pump and dump co.
Keep the price up until dgiv can unload their 11m shares.

I dont mean to offend anyone, especially Mr. D if he is on the up and up but sure would like some answers to these questions

MAJOR UPDATE ON DGIV !!!!!

EVERYONE, PLEASE READ THIS ALL CAREFULLY !!!

I spent most of the late afternoon with Mr. Chin at their temporary office in West L.A. (they are moving back into their Santa Monica office next week).

Mr. Chin, after finishing up a few calls, gleefully invited me into his office to answer any questions I may have had. Of course, based on the anticipation of news, I was full of questions for him.

Excitement was written all over his face as he proceeded to unveil his ideas and goals for the upcoming weeks and months (without being to specific, of course). At times his exuberance got the best of him and he slipped a few items which only confirm my HIGHEST EXPECTATIONS for the not so distant future of DIGITCOM.

I spent approximately an hour and fifteen minutes with this "telecom wiz" and tried to squeeze out the type of info that would help US investors in the near term, because I realize you and I are very anxious about this "great news" which is supposed to be bestowed upon us by next week.

He was very careful not to divulge anything specific about next week, but after enjoying listening to this man's vision and goals for Digitcom, I surmised the following:

A) I anticipate that DIGITCOMs earnings report will come out either Tuesday or Wednesday of next week

B) This will be followed immediately by a "major" announcement on Thursday (my guess another contract)

C) Then expect 3 or 4 more contracts over the next 2-3 weeks.

Remember, DIGITCOM is looking for a NASDAQ listing asap, then probably a secondary offering - everything should be in place within 2-3 months (financing, underwriting),then DGIV will show the street the type of earnings that can be generated in developing markets such as Indonesia, Korea, The Phillipines, Russia and Vietnam ....)

Mr. Chin kept mentioning Qwest Communications as well as Level Three in his conversation with me - I hurried home and gathered all the info I could on the two companies and the most compelling analogy I was able to draw between those two companies and what Mr. Chin is creating was written in
businessweek.com

"Taking the net to a whole other level"

Look fo DIGITCOM to become the QWEST or LVLT all over Asia as well as perhaps Russia - IMAGINE THE REVENUES

Compare the revenues with QWEST - and look were their stock is after a recent split.

I am more fired up than ever about the potential for this company, with this type of leadership at it's helm.

I urge you all to research The business week article as well as the "goings on" with Qwest and Level Three and you will see were DIGITCOM is heading in a short period of time.

And Imagine some of you have been in since - what $0.30 a share ?

AWESOME !!!

Rico

P.S. All you short term investors - go ahead trade for the quick spike up on this one - I am riding this one into my retirement (in two years at this pace)

HAPPY EASTER !
