You guys have your math wrong or are wildly enthusiastic

As long as IFLY stays above 6.25, IFLYW will trade at
IFLYW = IFLY - 0.625 +0.xx

If IFLY goes below 6.25
IFLY = 0.xx (consists of only "premium")

0.xx will depend on factors like demand of warrants. This consists
of the "premium" that a buyer is willing to pay - to compensate
for greater % gains/returns on his investment (if IFLY moves up).

The premium will decrease if IFLY moves up.

I am willing to place a bet that the above logic is correct.

Regards,
Rajiv
