Cyclops, I think you've provided the thread with a good synopsis of Larson's strategy. The issue I find somewhat troubling is that there is a definite implication that Larson has jettisoned the best developmental people from the companies he has acquired. A technology company without a vigorous R&D effort is an extinction waiting to happen. How do you feel about this issue, and in particular, where do you see the effort to centralize around the Windows NT platform? Regards, Paul
