Re: "The increase could have an anti-takeover effect,..." When I read that paragraph, I thought of AV's post wondering if ASMLF has designs on UTEK. Perhaps UTEK's management also read that into ASMLF's announcement. I wonder how a very big short seller would feel about a UTEK takeover attempt? If I were short, I would certainly not like that.
