Correct me if I'm wrong, but something tells me that you were one of the people buying Cartaway based on their infamous now visible nickel readings. Nobody can say what's in the bulk sample until it goes through the lab, stop whining then.

Barry - I don't think that's true, that VD = $3 stock price. For one thing, VDs are only to be expected, considering previous showings. A diamond of size, like Walt says, would change the equation. Also - consider that the bulk samples are two 100-ton samples, taken with an excavator and likely bagged on the spot. I doubt that they are going over them with a glass, they just want to get them in the bags and get them out to the lab.

Also - a flurry of trading just before a news release of material results is a sign of sloppy security, and I understand that Winspear is anxious to avoid any front-running or even the appearance of it - security is tight.

Funny thing - I called a guy who knows a guy who knows a guy etc yesterday, and the only thing he had heard was a rumour of visible diamonds. Guess where he heard it ..... right .... SI -g-

But it's no big deal, anyway, imho. What will move the stock bigtime will be a report of a significant kimberlite intersection in the lake. There will be a halt and then a news release on that. Imho.

........... cheers all .................. macros

Ah the famous Bishit Barry Smith is now polluting the fine waters of the Winspear thread once again. Be gone ye brown nostrilled sniffer of Bobby's windier domains.

I Smells Like Tuna order you and your Elk to flee at once; for if you disobey, my Tunati warriors will seek you out and force huge barnacled objects up your squishy fundament.
