Ok, It's been about 100 messages and I haven't found an update on the outstanding shares, restricted, float and number of shareholders. Again, If you want this DCTC info (and I assume that you would since there seems to be obsessiveness on this shorting issue) call DCTC's Transfer agent. Nevada Agency and Trust in Reno, NV List what items you are looking for, identify yourself as a registered shareholder and FAX these questions to: Mark Miller Fax#: 702-322-5623 You may also place a normal telephone call to them at 702-322-0626 However, make sure you get all figures as of TODAY'S date. That 14,233,762 outstanding shares is as of April 2, 1998. What is odd to me is that transfer agents update these figures AS TRANSACTIONS OCCUR. Meaning, by the minute. Today is April 10, 1998. So ask for the up to date figures. If this really concerns all 30 of you, I would figure there'd be plenty of updated info by now. So get off your duffs, I found the transfer agent, am relaying the info I got. Finish the puzzle. If you want to see an example of a stock being heavily shorted by a MarketMaker and then POP large after he figured out he screwed up large, look to the DGIV success story. One marketmaker was trying to hold the price down, and then I ask you to look at a 1 month chart for the gap up's. This only works of course, if the "company" you are investing in isn't dilluting the stock while you are trying to force it up. THAT, my friends, is why we need up to the minute figures. Let's see what we are working with before attempting to deal with any "short" conspiracy that MAY or MAY NOT be happening. Good Trading! -DavidCG
