Thanks for your input, so there is downside risk to RMBS if other DRAM makers develop their own similar RDRAM technology!?

So it would seem, that the RMBS's strength would lie in how well they can protect their patents and IP so that other DRAM makers "steal" the technology thereby avoiding royalty payments....Sounds obvious, but I guess you are saying, the verdict is still out on RMBS and their ability to generate royalties w/o producing anything..

Paul OT....What happened with that German company Intel hooked up with about 6-8 months ago, I think it was called S&P or something like that? Feeling was it was going to be good for Intel's future....M
