Oh, your CEO is working for free is he? Get real! There are many respectable sales-based organizations where the front line people are extremely highly paid. I have seen MANY companies where salespeople out-earn many levels of management (I used to be a consultant before getting into the restaurant business.) And they don't have to "buy a kit" to learn how to sell the products. The companies actually feel the sales people are worth investing in with the relevant training programs, etc. What a novel idea!
