David. Thanks for pointing out that. I may go look for what the book says since it mentioned a number of network security stocks (from the "Gorilla Game" thread).

The estimate is .32 with range from .29 to .34. I assume that the estimate must have taken the tax rate into account. I really want to see it beats .37.
Look at the big picture here, their gross and operating margin is quite stable ever since Q195. But their sequential revenue growth had glitches in Q295 and Q396. I think they have to grow their revenue by at least 16% from Q497 (may be more like 20%) to meet the target.

NETA is already a "Gorilla" in some way. Just look at how much investor has appreciated from its IPO. Let's all hope CHKPF will be the next.

Danny

David. I read through a few chapters of the book and really enjoyed it. Thanks for the excellent choice. I remember Warren Buffet once said that "I don't invest in technology stocks not because I don't like them but because I don't understand them." I think this book really helps you a lot in understanding the market behavior of technology stocks.

BTW, it's funny that in their web site they actually put CKP instead of CHKPF. I guess this is not the first time such mistake has been made. Go figure...
