Thanks Herm. I was reading the yahoo notice of the Weiss & Yourman
filing, and it said that if you're a member of the class described, you have until may 19 to "move the Court to serve as lead plaintiff..." I have no experience in this area and was wondering about it. It looks like there are at least three other cases, too,
(Stull, Stull & Brody and Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach LLP and Barrack, Rodos & Bacine) or are these the same case with different lawyers? Are you supposed to contact all these guys?

Ray

To Herm and thread, have any of you looked into any oil service stocks recently? They've been moving around pretty nicely. In the last month I've entered positions in SESI and TMAR and my first wave of options should expire next friday.

I finally gave up and sold my VVUS.

Good luck,
Gary
