StockEdge Online 4 (build 78) crashes!

Just downloaded the new version of StockEdge Online, and twice now it has crashed on me.

I run win95, and both times it crashed after a clean reboot with only Eudora and Netscape running as other apps. The beta version rarely crashed. What's happening? Then to make matters worse, when the PC is finised rebooting (I need to, it locks up the system) the server says I'm already connected...

This is costing me money - I cant trade when it's crashing!!!

Another thing is that the "add new service" (or whatever it's called) link on your website never responds...

Come on, you can do better than that!

Probably a silly question:

In the "time and sales" window, the bid and ask side have a "sizes" column with for example 20x10 or 19x6 - what does that mean?

Does it mean they will buy 20 (or 19) and sell 10 (or 6) shares at this price? Or that they will buy or sell 200 (or 114) shares?

The help function isn't very informative on this point but I suppose this is something that anybody ought to know (although "anybody" would have had to know it from somewhere....)

DBC has a new version of its Signal Online and StockEdge Online 4.0
software which fixes a Nasdaq Level II data problem.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU UPGRADE TO THIS NEW VERSION IMMEDIATELY
IN ORDER TO CONTINUE RECEIVING ACCURATE NASDAQ LEVEL II DATA.

Chuck....what's all this?

Was there a problem? I thought I noticed some bids not keeping up with sales today?

thanks,

Jeff
