Hello! GJC, Thank you for your research efforts today, and I also look forward to hearing your feedback of the remaining four pages of questions. Today I also phoned the CVIA office and very briefly spoke to Jack Arnold as he was on his way out the door to a meeting that I sensed involved CVIA. Based on the fact that I am sensing that news is close at hand ( in my opinion)---I wanted to impress my opinion to Jack that there appeared to be some concern that I have detected on recent CVIA Thread Postings,------- and via some private e-mails that I have received recently,------- that a message needed to be relayed to Jack and the WOTD Representatives, that some of us CVIA Shareholders wanted to have a more comfort zone that the initial anticipated/expected news releases focused on the merger/acquisition details, would potentially add value to our CVIA Investment. In my opinion, it would be naieve for me to think that we will not see some announcement surrounding a share roll-up of some sort or level, but most possibly like some other shareholders, that have been steadfast and loyally supporting the CVIA efforts that Jack has been working on,---------------I am praying and wishing and hoping that the initial thrust and initial round of announcements encompasses all the positives surrounding the merger and acquisition details. From my CVIA Shareholder point of view it will be somewhat of a benchmark to me., of how the new WOTD management team perceives the loyalty and committment that the current CVIA Shareholders have demonstrated. If nothing else, this next coming week, will begin to answer many questions and place many pieces of the merger/acquisition puzzle in further public view and scruteny. ( In my own opinion!)..... I should add that in true Jack Arnold style, he listened patiently ( even though on his way out the door) and did acknowledge that he seriously noted my shareholder comments and input for consideration. Best Regards, Wayne J.
