Okie Dokie - Choky Choky:

While I'll have to admit that the idea of attempting to run voice over a worldwide network that was set up to handle nothing more than bursty data traffic is admirable,
and that many could surely get along with the sacrifices in voice quality, security and most important reliability, but you had better be paying a great amount of attention.

The main incentive in offering VoIP technology lies in the savings
over the reliable switched-circuit infrastructure that already connects
about everything in this world. If it turns out no appreciable savings
can be had there goes the main incentive for deployment.
