Dwight, I have Pilot's complete report to Caesar on the Crucifixion of Jesus. The Roman were very meticulous in keeping records. These archives were brought to Constantinople by Constantine and others and during the Moslem sack of Conatantinople the record were brought to the Vatican. It was found and translated by two researchers by the names of Dr. Twyman and Dr. McIntosh in the eighteen hundreds. They published it in a small volume called The Archko Volume--The Arheological Writings of the Sanhedrim and Talmuds of the Jews. The Palesinian Talmud is not to be confused with the Babylonian Talmud. The Palestinian Talmud was simply records kept by the Jewish Scribes before and during the time of Jesus. Some of these records contain sections on Jesus and the Crucifixion. The Palestinian Talmud is rejected by modern Judaism . I bought this book some 25 yrs. ago from the Archko Press of Grand Rapids Mich. That was the only publisher back then. To my suprise, I found it on Amazon. Also contained in the Archko volume is a report by Caiaphas and Gamaliel's Interview. Very revealing secular documents that indirectly give tremendous support to the historical accuracy to the Gospel accounts.
