chirodoc, what are you talking about? how do you come up with this figure?you wrote:ptvl sells 3 million bucks a week in services--how much does ifly sell off its web site?

If PTVL was doing $3-Million in sales a week, why are they LOSING so MUCH money? Also, that figure is not reflected in the last 10Q so where are you getting your figure?

So what you are trying to tell us is that IFLY will not be able to set up a WEB based travel biz. I'm sure you are awhile the barrier to entry is next to nothing on the WEB. Sure it will cost money and time, but we are not talking about some kind of start-up here.

Is IFLY an INTERNET company? Yes indeed it is, through the SABRE system.

I went to their web site lowairfare and click on the "SABRE Web
Marketing Reservations" button and indeed you can shop for the best airfare and make
reservation for your flight. The actual purchasing of the airline ticket will be finally done
through a live agent from IFLY. The company probably has good reason for doing so
instead of letting you buy the ticket directly through the Internet. For instance, the live
agent can talk you into renting a car, reserving a hotel, booking a tour, etc.

I called the company on Friday and spoke to a gentleman from Investor Relations. I
asked him about the importance of the news on Thursday since the company is already
on the Internet. He told me that as a result of the board meeting on Thursday, the
company will now go full steam to market on the Internet. He confirmed to me that
currently customers have the capability to shop for the best airfare on the Internet prior
to making the purchase. The company will add an audio plug-in to their web site
so that the customers can speak to a company's agent through their PC when it
comes to time to buy the ticket. Again, the reason for doing so is probably what I
guess above.

I asked the gentleman if the company has plan to sign up one or several ISPs or
Internet companies such as Yahoo, Alta Vista, Lycos... He didn't deny nor confirm
what I asked, only said that the company is currently in negotiation with a number of
vendors and announcement will be made soon.

I have more to post but I need to get prepared for Easter. More to come tonight or
tomorrow.

Have a Happy Easter.
