I assume the excerpted report was Jack Grubman/Goldman Sachs'. What is their banking relationship with WCOM and *could* their wild bullishness have anything to do with insuring that the "collar" stays at the high end?

Big news for Loudon County. I'm from D.C. area and, all in all, I'd rather be here in San Diego -- But Loudon ain't a bad place to live.
