Hi Dan,

Again, I concede your argument on principle. I would also likely support some third party candidate should I come into an unexpected windfall of wealth. My proposal just seems so damn simple and easily enforceable that it appeals to me. No sense arguing about it, though, with both parties dependent on corporate or union largesse, the system isn't about to change.

Dan, the real cure for campaign finance reform is "term limits" if your only limited to a few years, the motivation to spend every dime to get and stay there is curtailed to a large degree.

I believe 3 terms for the House and 2 for the Senate would be plenty.
