Dave,

For all we know that may be the correct scenario. Thats the risk/reward you get in the stock market, especially with a stock like this. However, I doubt all the "new" areas of business (Workman comp, Myriad, IT, new office, new aquisitions) will ALL be money losers and NONE of those are in the 97 #'s. Also the man has stated .1085 earnings for '97, so to go back on that would incur a nice lawsuit which I doubt Adam Arif would stand for considering he has 19M shares of FAMH.

Second and last, once again you may be dead right. However, about 3 months ago the board sounded similar to what it sounds like today.. actually even worse.. when the price just hovered between .25 and .34 for 6-8 weeks or so. A whole bunch of "what ifs".

Its easy to grow a business from the sidelines.

If you take out (1) Ira's decision to postpone 1997 financials, and (2) the O/S share #'s growth.. I am much much much more comfortable with what this company is doing and where it is going than I was 3 months ago.

From all indiciations, Ira knows how to grow a company. On the other hand, I dont know if his strategy pertaining to the stock price is the best.

I think one of the most important things to remember is Adam Arif had this business for 19 years; its not a start-up.. just a recently public co. Maybe all this "hype" is so he can sell his 19M shares "quietly" under our noses.. but that seems like a story more to Oliver Stone's liking than reality.

How's this for a possible scenario as to the recent decline in price. ATXI management and IRS personnel have seen the audited figures. What if this info has been leaked. Maybe the few who know
the numbers are selling.

I'd like to expand on that. Leaked? To who? Who is a major shareholder? No mutual funds or insitutions own this. Unless its been leaked to Jake or Brad and they are slowly selling off shares I dont know who it could even be "leaked" too.

If you havent read or know the history, Alexander Westcott and Firamada had a termination of a financial relationship quite a few months back. AW has held 4M shares of FAMH and sold off 75% of it in the open market.. thats a lot of supply flooding the market and needed to be sopped up by us.

ATXI management doesnt own shares. IRS doesnt own shares. I dont even know who I would call at the IRS to tell me such info.

IRS official: "Psst..buddy. (open up his trenchcoat jacket) I got some of dese Firamada financials ...1997 style for ya. Interested?"

Last, Im not defending the stock price or the potential. I am frustrated by it like many others. Personally, I said a while back that I thought that the Myriad closing was "built" into the stock price.. because stocks tend to go up on SURPRISES.. not on news released 3 months ago and just now confirmed. Some people believe the opposite. I hope I am wrong Monday @ 12 noon when its finally inked.. but Id be somewhat surprised.

I still think its quite undervalued, but I dont except exotic upward movements until the ATXI merger and change of exchanges. If I were a MM id be using the next few weeks to try to cover any of my shorts before they are called in before the NASDAQ move. So I dont see the price jumping up. I hope I am wrong on this count as well.

The could only be true if Ira has outright lied since he told us the
results. When I was talking to the company last week I was told that
they don't see it as a big deal since they already told us what the
bottom line number is: .1085 EPS on 20MM shares, after taxes.

Dave, Your theory seemed very flawed to me.

1. Do you think that Wexford would have even worked with FAMH, if the financials did not match up with what was put out in a press release? I don't think so!!!

2. Do you think ATXI would sign a LOI with FAMH, if the financial information that they saw did not match up with what was put out in a press release. I don't think so !!!

3. Do you REALLY think that the "IRS" would deal with FAMH, if the financial information did not match up with what was put in a press release? I don't think so!!!

I rest my case. ;-)
