According to the Public Reference division of the SEC (202-942-8090), ARET filed a "Test Filing" this morning, not Thursday. Here's the link: www1.freeedgar.com It may be truncated in this post. If so, go to freeedgar.com , click on SEARCH, then enter "ameriresource" in the company name field and hit Search. According to the SEC, this is only a "test filing" to make sure it's not kicked back. When ARET receives a "compuserve message" giving the green light, they can submit their "live filing".
