Michael, I have heard that some manufacturers issue Depend Undergarments to their workers at the beginning of each shift. In these workplaces Toilet Time is not an issue. Productivity is higher as workers can continue working while they exercise nature's prerogative.

Although I understand at Microsoft they just use Snapple bottles or empty Starbucks coffee cups.

To clear the air on a pressing workplace issue, the government this week restated its policy on employer-provided toilets and concluded: ''Timely access is the goal of the standard.''

There, you see? People think the government has been entirely paralyzed by the Lewinsky scandal. Little do they know!
