Penni, that reminds me of something. The other day my wife got really pissed that I used her toothbrush. So I said, hey! we share the soap in the shower don't we? Then she said that's different! So I said, oh really, tell me, where do you think is the last place I wash and the first place you wash?? Hmmmmm. :-) I don't think we will be sharing the soap anymore! :-) Michael

Penni ~ I once THREW AWAY a piece of soap a little bigger than a quarter. My heart rate has lept just writing it. I thought it would be mature and liberating ~ like when Edward Abbey threw a can out of his car into the desert ~ but I guess, I just didn't have enough energy going in. It was frustration; not the festive finality of abandonment. There wasn't the right pitch to the toss. ("It wasn't Everest".) ("You may wash and wash, but you can't wash away small soap.") The irony ~ What good does it do to be clean; if you aren't capable of living?
