Reverse Merger Specialists explain:

How Reverse Mergers Work:
venturecom.com

An interesting story of one company (OTC BB:GIIS) that was created through a reverse merger, with a similar game plan - "growth by acquisition".

1yr Stock Performance (and this company is still in the red!):

(Just randomly picked this company after searching the web for 'reverse mergers')

Now back to CVIA/WOTD.
A reverse split was mentioned by many thread participants. I'd rather they do first things first, show profits, and let the share price take care of itself, and only then think about attracting more investors by making this stock look more valuable (share consolidation). As a shareholder, I would love to see them come up with a stock buyback plan, if they really have the muscle to do something like that. A reverse split is also a not-so-distant possibility (I can imagine how those who bought at .40+ would feel about it).

Of course, this is just my opinion, and nobody knows how the market will react to a share consolidation announcement, should it happen anytime soon. I don't have a problem with a reverse split in this case if the company comes out of the gate profitable, as planned.
