Hello! Milk,

Your right it does appear that was your longest posting to date!

As we try to wait patiently ( my last guess was that we would have seen a press release covering the merger/acquisition details by April 1st. 1998!--- I wasn't even close!)......thank you for providing us some
reading material and sites to ponder while we wait for news! ( JMO!)..

My guess is that there could very well be several different options/ alternatives that will be released as part of any / all upcoming news / releases!

I imagine that most of us have replayed in our minds how we hope the news will appear , if, as and when it is finally released!

I have basically exhausted most of my speculative thoughts/ ideas as to how I would personally like to see the merger/acquisition details proceed!

And by going on my historical batting average of about zero in trying to guess investment scenarios as they encompass my personal investments----I did want to share with this thread what I will feel would be a step in the right direction in the days , weeks, and months to come!

From virtually the first time I read the words from Jack Arnold that his goal/ mission was to put back shareholder value into the CVIA Shell where their currently was no value---was one of the main reasons for my initial investment in CVIA!--To me ( in my opinion) he appeared to be a man of his word, and I felt I wanted to believe that he could achieve this ambitious goal!

From my perspective, based on the regular feedback and ongoing communication that Jack has provided over the past several months, I have never seriously doubted that Jack would not reach his goal!

My anticipation now has moved to a new ring in this three ring circus
( JMO!)-and that is how will the details unfold?---will the details satisfy
the long standing loyal CVIA Shareholders?--both for the short term and/ or long term?----will more patience be required?---will the WOTD Management Team have the type of concern for the Loyal CVIA Shareholders that Jack Arnold has demonstrated?( JMO!)...

I do know this much for sure, and that is we have many if's, and's and when's, that still need to be answered!

I already said my guess for merger / acquisition news would come on or by April 1st. 1998!----I missed my guess!

Well I see I have started mummbling again in a long winded way!

I have tried to remain quiet as I promised several posts back, but Milk's post got me motivated again!

In my opinion, I still think we are going to see Jack Arnold bring some value into our CVIA Shell!--I guess only time will tell if it's just a dream or reality?

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

A couple of people emailed me today asking what I think about today's news release.

I am personally willing to wait to see what they have to say in the upcoming PR (merger/acquisition/financials/who is on the team, etc.), and then determine my course of action. I admit the following possibilities:

(1). We are being duped (the whole thing was brilliantly orchestrated to get the majority approval last December, and outstanding shareholder support all the way)

OR

(2). The WOTD/CVIA folks know exactly what they are doing, they have more then 1 acquisition in the pipeline, a solid business strategy in place, and are more then capable of creating a growing company in a relatively short time.

As an adult who has been in a relationship before, I'd say that both scenarios are equally possible, so make your own choices. However, I choose to believe in #2 for now, and give them a chance to show what they've got. Let's keep it civil.

Regards,

Milk

P.S. Just wanted to say something to those folks who didn't even know how to locate a filing with the SEC, and kept asking Wayne "did you talk to Jack today" - call the company for a change, and try to get some answers, instead of blaming someone else for your losses
