Hmm, funny how on the day before market opens after having a nice article in Fortune over the long weekend, someone starts talking about problems.

PS- There may be problems. There may not be. The timing is funny, that's all. As Jackie Mason would say, "this building could be in Philadelphia", when he was doing a show in L.A. and talking about the OJ evidence. We'll see :)

I was under the impression that a limit buy order placed above the ask will fill at the ask at the time of execution and will take precedence over those market orders in place at the time.....i.e. filled first.......
I have used this strategy successfully to get in early and limit the potential bull trap of an early morning run up. FWIW. If I am mistaken, please correct.
