I doubt it. Chase didn't. (Even with this merger it makes the new bank slightly larger than Chase). If anything BoA and NB will be looking to cut out duplicate and unprofitable services, and concentrate on what they do best. In any Case BoA already agreed to work with Intuit on it's internet banking, and NB and CheckFree have been working together for a while.

I'm pretty sure they are talking about the ACH revolution, which CheckFree is also involved in.
