Hi Pete,
I was going to go the PE route also, but I think the fully diluted is closer to 20 million and that will probably increase to finance future drilling on this and the other properties.

I don't think they'd have much difficulty securing debt financing since it's a relatively clean operation and the area seems very receptive. The economics seem to be there.

The mine will be open pit, at least at first, and they apparently will use a flotation process so the extraction costs should be relatively low as far as mines go.
Maybe DRT or someone else could give us an idea of what sort of start up costs were looking at.

Personally I hope we get some tantulum zones in this anomaly or somewhere else on the property so Cabot or somebody else will make AVL an offer they can't refuse and we won't ever have to worry about mining the stuff.
