Dragonfly-

Re: Stock Split

I received my "Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders - April 28, 1998"

On page 15 of the Notice of the April 28th meeting they state..."The Company's management is considering submitting to the Board of Directors at its next meeting a proposal to approve a stock split for the Company. Except as described in the preceding sentence, the Company's management has no other arrangements, agreements, understandings or plans at the present time for the issuance or use of additional shares of Common Stock to be authorized by the proposal to increase the number of authorized shares of Common Stock."

I believe the above could only lead you to one conclusion...

You're correct, of course. The one does not necessarily lead to the other.
Still, I don't think it's purely conjecture, no. I'd have said it, if that were the case.
I have alluded to this before, but now, seeing as it is mentioned in the announcement of the annual meeting, that it is indeed the case.

ALL:
Are the increased number of 'authorized' shares counted towards the total shares outstanding immediately or only once they have been assigned to a particular use (stock split, warrant options, etc) If it is the latter what is the disposition of the odd lot after an assignment? And finally, what does that mean to me the stock holder?

Thanks in advance
