NIng, I can't answer this question for you. I too am interested in buying SAPHY and am hoping some of the people on this thread will come and talk more about it. I will be calling my broker tomorrow and can find out then if a purchase can be made. Do you know when the earnings come out?

Delisted?... other bulletin board stocks like Cheung-Kong Holdings are also as of April 1 no longer being quoted. Sounds like some sort of regulatory screw-up to me. When I checked last german quote for SAP with the adr, they matched up pretty well with the adr being a little bit more, presumably because of the currency. I really don't see anything serious here other than a hassle with the quote.
