How bad can you get hurt? I suspect a lot of people are holding USAG paper right now and got plenty hurt. Granted, RTL is a real business relationship, but there are two variables (at least)-the popularity of the software to consumers and the ability of RTL to market it. Both of these would appear to be intangibles right now.
