Actually, 5/15 may not be the deadline for Q1 release if Alydaar asks for an extension like it did for 10-K 1997, If they file for an extension this time the CFO, the complete accounting department and any associated CPA firms should be fired immediately. There is absolutely no excuse for a company to take this long to file. Especially if there is good news. Something is bad wrong if this happens. Many of Fortune 500 companies have totaled their numbers that equal Billions of dollars. Alydaar can too. _____________________________________________________________________ Mr. Gruder, We are your supporters, and business partners. As stock holders in this company, please show us some respect and communicate with us in a timely fasion. We defend the company in every way when others attack us and yet you leave us hanging just wondering how we stand. I'm aware of how it doesn't bother you, as you were able to time things right and sell your stock and make millions knowing there wouldn't be anything else too support the stock at the levels you sold at. Had we know that we would have sold to and reaped the enormous profits just as you, our leader did. Just for the record it looks like you've cut a deal with someone else such as a mutual fund and are intentionally withholding news that could make the stock fly. There is know reason for this kind of volume with out price fluctuation otherwise. Maybe you're letting them load up at this price so you don't have to do a secondary offering soon, maybe not. No one knows for sure except you and a chosen few. If in fact this is what you are doing then it's WRONG. People who have supported this company for years are getting concerned and selling because you chose to keep them in the dark. It's not right. Remember one thing, one day you will have to look in the mirror with all of those millions and realize that a lot of poor folks lost them because they couldn't hold out to all the BULL SH*T that you put them through. I for one can and will hold out and hope it's the right decision. However, friends of mine and other people I care about that I told about ALYDAAR SOFTWARE are having to bail because YOU, Mr. Gruder chose to manipulate stockholder of this company like we are the adversary, when really we are the supporter that have made the company maintain it's value. By refusing to sell we show faith. Please give us something to work with so that we don't have to make excuses for you and/or the company. Show us the numbers so that we can either get out or stay in. The whole market is exploding and we all have to set and patiently wait for you to play us like puppets jerking our strings. Yes Mr. Gruder, I believe in Alydaar. I believe in its technology. I believe in it's future. I want to believe in you but somehow you raise a little doubt as I examine your what appears to be self seeking motives. Please, let the stockholders know what's happening soon. Good or Bad, we have a right to know. Have a good day, Robert K. Sims PS I'm not worried about the 5666 post either. That's BULLSH*T too. Just like the accounting department.
