[shelf money]

That money was to buy AMTX and TXN overbid them. ORCTF has approx 60 something percent stock owned by owners. They stand to make a killing in next few years. GTE is a nice surprise, but real money will be coming from the Europeans in my opinion (DT & co.). I doubt ORCTF is for sale anywhere near current price. AMTX sold at 20$ and they were just about to run out of cash. ORCTF has enough cash and is not burning it up as AMTX was. If I was an owner (and I guess ina way I am) I would not sell for less 40-50$/share.
Good luck. WSTL is good buy at these prices if you still believe in them. After the 3 contract episode and the lost AMTX deal, I lost confidence in mgmt. to close the deal. They have tons of trials and do a good job but keep getting beat out. Oh, I forgot about BC.
Good luck.
