I think the issue on the pornography is that we are likely to start seeing some regulation regarding the internet. Mothers aren't very happy about their children being able to access such sites and they will write their Congressmen on that issue. What those regulations will be is anyone's guess but if 60% of the searches are on that area then it may affect Yahoo. Barrons also brought up the issue of regulations more in regard to the extent that the telecommunications industry is regulated (and taxed) and that it would seem unfair that the new industry is getting away without the same scrutiny. The comment was that this was no longer an infant industry..... I think this is what will have the biggest effect on the stock... more to come
