Sergio,and I ask this as a neophyte,but if Greenspan were to raise interest rates,the next thing I do is run to the telephone and sell DHI--I ask this question seriously,and not facetiously. BTW,have you seen "the waitress" posts on the DHI thread,terrific stuff!She says one of the reasons the arbs have been manipulating the stock price downwards is so they can clean up on May options after they let the price go.max90
