My mistake. It's the accountants who haven't finished their work. I asked Ed Brody if the financials will then go to the "securities attorney" they hired a couple of weeks ago, but he didn't know what the procedure was. As for the release date, no one has given him any info. I asked him about the DFNL suit and MDCE counter-suit, and he said it's a minor side issue, having nothing whatsoever to do with current or future business. That's what I thought when I read the Yahoo site you pointed out, but I wasn't sure. We all like to have our money work efficiently, and it's hard having it just "sit", but if this thing doesn't move 20-30-50% when the financials finally DO come out, I will be very surprised. This company has MORE than enough going for it to justify a price of a buck in a month or two. But, as we say on SI, "JMO".
