Theres one of my 2 points - and ASND has been flatlining all day. That is probably a precursor to a down move. So far, I made a good decision.

Greg, when a market maker spends 90% of their time on the offer I disagree. (Which is exactly where they spent the six weeks immediately following earnings.) Lately they've been better and if we see them on the bid and short interest declines we'll have completely isolated who is the broker for the shorts. Again***I don't mean to Volpe bash. I am simply identifying when I believe the company has erred in cooperating with a company who plainly put short term profits as a higher priority to stabilization of a stock in which they participated in an investment banking function. With the stock still far below the secondary offering price, it is important to show support. Agree? Disagree?
