Some Christians perspectives happen to be in the role of a victim or a rescuer. I see you have found a few of the rescuer type on this thread. I play neither role. I play no roles. I ask God every day to let me speak from purity of heart because my Father does not care for a "double minded man."

Before I was born again I played the role of victim so that I could continue to live in a world of sympathy. When all of my rescuers finally left me it was a very rude awakening. That meant that I would have to be responsible or or die.
Change of any kind is very painful and most just sit in there own mess, so to speak and never acquire the joy and peace that Jesus talks about. It has been a long, painful road for me but today, I have that joy and peace by "the Grace of God."
I can appreciate and understand today that the indwelling Holy Spirit provides these things on a constant basis.

I understand your logic and I do use scripture if i have to to support my questions, I seethis thread as the intent for a classroom and is suppose to be concerned with learning or is it just a war zone for the Gentiles.

It appears you live in a warzone on your beliefs. Are all Christians trained by the scripture Ephesians 6:

11. Put on the whole aurmour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil

12. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wicedness in high places.

etc etc etc

Is any question made on this thread that may have a tint of negative to your belief reason to draw your righteous sword and slam any belief outside your own. You do not know me nor my belief and you never shall for I am not a sheep of this world. I am quite willing to stand before God and account for my actions as per Romans 12: "so then every one of us shall account of himself to God"

I answer with scriptures for all that has taken place and apparently you do not bother to even reference the scriptures I have posted. To me that is unacceptable since apparently you need it completely laid out for you in typed text. God (Jesus) never shunned a question for he answered them all. Maybe in parables but he answered all the question laced with mystery. He was a teacher not a warrior. He will be a warrior upon his return. Yet some like Emil who twist the word and meaning of your religion you support.

One of the abonmination the bible speaks of is the self-righteous (Luke 16: 15 "And he said unto them, "Ye are they which jusitfy yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed amoung men is abomination in the sight of God.""

Your post are not about the learning they are about WAR and ATTACKING anything you do not understand. Use weild your faith and love for God against all who possibly donot see it your way and justify it as personal attacks. God (Jesus) never used his faith and belief or even who he was as a sword. He was a teacher and spoke with wisdon, kindness and love.

Now I can be a bible thumper if you want but I see little point in that since it a justification. I prefer the disscussion. Discuss the questions instead of being some self appointed warlord of your faith.

If you cannot see then open your eyes. If you can not hear open your ears. If you cannot understand then try to learn.
