What legal action? Could you provide more details? I don't recall the company's "letter" mentioned any dissident legal action currently underway.

Hi Ariel & all.....I do not know the status of the legal action so I cannot comment even rumor fashion.....but I have heard there are some skeletons in the closet. Whatever they may be I have heard the VSE wants to be helpful.
I might add I am not being mysterious..... You guys probably know as much as I do.
