Look at its chart for the past year of even month. Stocks don't go up forever, they may trade sideways for a time or even go down. Everyone knows about Pfizer now and I'm sure that some people are locking in profits or changing their portfolio allocations. Patient long term holders will continue to be rewarded over time but no one should expect the same rate of stock appreciation in the next 12 months that was seen in the past 12 months.
