Mitch, looks like a different backbone to me, and therefore a projected sale ( I wonder if this is deemed a puff of wind or a light breeze sale between 100K and 180K if only 1 DVG per city ). We know that the FNET primary backlbone is the WCOM colocation cities.

LDNet are using a midwest backbone provider megsinet.com
This paragraph makes it sound like some form of piggy back arrangement with a 2 cent premium to access other cities.
