Face it folks. WE'VE BEEN USED!!!!!!!!! CVIA was used only to get WOTD off the ground, nothing more. WOTD has no obligation to CVIA shareholders. Once the split is implemented, dilution will begin. New stock will be implemented to buy more businesses, not to increase shareholder value. When Jack said that his goal was to bring tangible value to CVIA, what he meant was NOT ZERO!!!! This is what the stock would have been without this merger. While I'm sure Jack is not a malicious person in the least, he did what he had to do to bring "tangible value" to the OLD CVIA INVESTORS, not all the new ones hoping to make a quick buc. While I may sound negative, I happen to be one of you who was taken for the ride, though I did get out already today.

The way I see it the company did not have anything, now they do.
Shoot I bought more today, and when this stock makes its more up, (and I say when not if) I really don't want to hear allot of you people saying what a great company this is. I see it on Silicon Investor all the time a stock drops & everyones bitchin it goes up and the same people are saying "I told you it was a great company".
