Interesting Trading Logs!!!

I had to pick up more shares today... Bought 7600 shares at 1.375 to average down...... It is obvious that DCTC is in a far better position today then they have ever been and yet we are seeing the stock price approach the 52 week low on big volume and lots of interesting news...

It seems to me that to buy on the 52 week lows when a company is doing better as defined by the balance sheet makes good investment sense. Especially when DCTC is in a hot investment sector. I think the earnings will be out in Mid May and should prove to be interesting... We have all had to suffer through some significant decrease in our share value and remain calm, but it is obvious DCTC is expanding and becoming more synchronized. It has not been clear to me why anyone would sell shares now.... Many investors bought the stock when the price was above $2 a share and I can't believe they would be selling on significant news without profit..... Not even short termers do that! This is why I believe something very odd may really be going on!!!! I still feel lucky to have picked up a bunch more at these prices and I would be surprised to see this trend remain for toooooo much longer.

I am not chearleading, nor do I have any motives other than to understand what is going on with this stock but something very strange has to be going on. It almost seems like continued dilution is occurring?? Should be interesting and hopefully the stock has a bottom somewhere??

It would be interesting to know what DCTC believes is causing the stock price to go down. Is this shorting theory many of you are speaking about been confirmed with the company? If so who? How much of it is factual that can be verified someway versus investor speculation?

It would also be nice to know how long it generally takes from the time an Letter Of Intent was signed to arrive at completed deals. Maybe some investors want to see many of these deals signed and approved before risking their hard earned dollars.

Does anyone know why Joe Murphy has stopped posting on SI?

Hey bgt*t (can we say that on SI?). I can see this is not your first time around the block with the MMs. Its kind of quiet around here tonight so I though I'd remind all why we are here (need real audio):

bgtit (what a moniker, by the way!), I really appreciate your insights. Look, folks, we're playing in a very dirty sandbox. There's no telling who has been here in the dark of night, nor what other surprises may turn up, but trying to pin this thing on someone or some collective is about as exact a science as trying to figure out whose cat used the sandbox for kitty litter.

Regardless of legalities or illegalities, as the case may be, so long as Joe keeps his sights focused like a laser on the prize that we all are waiting for, we'll get there. The only price that counts is the one that we get in the END. Everything else is immaterial for the most part. Yeah, it pisses me off, too, but what can we do about it? We can urge Joe to nail 'em, but I'd rather that he do that by scoring the Big One rather than expending precious time and resources.

Again, all just my opinions. Well, back to my !#%*! taxes. This capital gains crap is the biggest kitty "pie" I have ever seen! gggg.

bgtit, Thanks for the information and your insight. Yes, the buying has looked strong for several days to me as well and I have been confused as to how the MM's have been able to keep us from moving up given those conditions. I have also noticed how willing the MM's currently are to take us down on the least amount of selling as you pointed out. Do you know about how much the MM's trading DCTC are likely to know about us? Do they for instance have some idea of the actual market value of our stock, or are we just another number to crunch daily? I assume that the 10 million per trading deck is split amongst a large number (like 100+?) of stocks that each MM trades in? It makes sense to me, that with the buy/sell ratio we have seen that the MM's must be increasing their short positions daily. Can you suggest scenarios that would make a MM want to cover his position or at least stop shorting a particular stock?

James

Hello bgtit,
Thanks you for the enlightening posts you having been putting up concerning MM's and DCTC. I for one am still trying to understand all this and certainly am getting an education. In your last post you said that the MM's are naked from the time they punch on the box. Could you please explain that a bit more. Are you saying that they have no shares at all ????? They just hang around and try to pick up some shares on the cheap that someone has just sold ???? If it is all a numbers game, that means that eventually ALL THE NUMBERS have to ADD up at the end, right???? I certainly don't like the fact that these MM's are predicting the demise of DCTC. I think they are wrong on that one. Is this the kind of thing that is done with many small bb companies????? Geeze, and with all the good news that has recently come out concerning DCTC you would think the MM's would be viewing the trading as positive. As you said there has been 3 buys to each sell. My wildest dream would be for DCTC price to skyrocket quickly and for there not to be enough shares to cover all these shorts that have been going on. O.K., it is just a dream, but is it possible???? With 3 buys to every 1 sell you would think the MM's would see that shorting of this stock is not the right thing to do, at this point in time. Well I have rambled a bit, thanks again for you insights into this matter. Toni
