LOL We all then have alot of courage to be happy with Nuke! I will only be happy when I am proved wrong. I will remain negative until proven wrong. That takes some courage thankyou but I will explain why. I bought on the grounds that they would need several years to have DB do it all for them. They have little capability, excluding the scientists in this deal. Money was needed in the bank to initiate NA production a long time ago. They failed. They failed to become fully reporting for years. That's fine. They are obviously losers. Many shares have been dumped into the market WHILE we waited for DB to get this co going. I accept this and I am still glad. They are a bunch of losers. Their share structure was the absolute shits in my view and was reflective of them. That's fine too. N>B Recent buying has helped but their past performance shouldn't guarantee future success but I may be wrong if there is buying with no exit plan typical of BB buying. In sum, the key directors are broke and are half ass promoters. I will jump for joy although when DB's royalty program is deemed real and happening. This is basis upon which I have had the courage to buy and hold forever although I have always been disgruntled with their piss poor performance as disclosed. This is in fact my only hope for the future of this co. However, once they do have the $ I believe they will not squander it. They are not crooks just plain market losers. Full disclosure is needed now. I may not accept waiting a maximum of two months for them to file pertinent financials on the basis they have publically promised to have it done. I view this as treason punishable by my voting of my shares back into the market. Failing to do so is the ultimate failure. This is the minimum standard that they can achieve after five years kicking tires on Howe St with such a good deal on paper and practise. Full disclosure now for the shareholders! Full disclosure so the street can wake up to this deal and join the mile high club we think we belong to for the sake of my jeans and yours. For instance, I don't believe this as quoted on their web site "The Company has a total of 12,394,000 shares issued and outstanding, of which 1,600,600 are publicly traded and 10,793,400 are restricted. " There is no way there are 1.6 free trading. This is an absolute lie. it is at least 2.1 but more likely about 3. No big deal but this shows the need for full disclosure, for the betterment of all.
