I cant say I blame him... Wayne has nothing to do with this, I've talked to Wayne many times, and feel he has posted his opinion as honestly as he could... I imagine he feels as bad as the rest of us.

TO: ALL CVIA THREAD PARTICIPANTS!!!

I have just finished reading the past 125+ postings that I didn't have a chance to get to earlier tonight!

I have admitted in the past that I realize that I tend to be long winded on my postings!----although based on some of the postings I have read here today ( Tuesday April 14th.)--my feeling is that the CVIA Thread will not have a concern in that regard for much longer.

I have a few opinions of mine I wish to share and then I will leave the thread space open for those that can bring more substantial and meaningful imput to this thread.

First ! Just for the record Jeff, I did post on this thread today, and it was in regards to my own personal opinions regarding today's CVIA News Release.

Secondly! I have been trying for about the last 6 hours to track down Jack Arnold to speak with him. I spent a considerable amount of time
speaking with him, and attempted to express to him my thoughts regarding todays CVIA Press Release.

I felt that I had the opportunity to express to him my feelings surrounding the share consolidation news, as well as the unhappy and disappointed mood of the CVIA Thread.

I also suggested to him that he should be very accesable for any/all questions/ concerns that the CVIA Shareholders may have! And I did try to explain to him that the concerns would range from disappointment to threats of legal action and securities commission complaints/ follow-up. ( Just my opinion of course!)...

For whatever it's worth ( mock me if it helps anyone feel bettor)-
Jack confirmed with me that he would be based in the CVIA office for the next two days being Wednesday April 15th. and Thursday April 16th.---and invites all CVIA SHareholders to phone him and address any questions / concerns surrounding the latest news release or for that matter any other topic of discussion surrounding CVIA!

Rather than trying to share with you what I personally took away as my opinion from my discussion with Jack Arnold late this Tuesday evening ---I would suggest that under the circumstances it would most likely be more prudent that each of you ask your own questions , and get your own answers directly from Jack and make your own decisions and come to your own conclussions!

For those of you that consider me a pawn, I will admit it really hasn't done a lot for my self esteem, but then what difference does it really make ----this is all about making money ! Right?

I did enjoy most of my experiences on this thread sharing my thoughts and opinions, and learned to respect some well versed and knowledgable individuals, that in my opinion, I feel I learned a great deal from.

No where does it mention that learning has to make you feel good or make one happy.

I just wanted to share with this thread that Jack would be very accesable for the next two days for questions and discussion and to make it even easier here is Jack's office telephone number!

Take Care!
