A question to all:

What do we really know about WOTD? Does anyone know how big of company it is? Since it's held privately now, we could be looking a some small 3-4 person back room sweatshop or a multi-million corporation. Even though they are not public (obviously), if they are incorporated, there should be some records in their home state. I realize that this should have been done weeks ago, and also we will most likely hear more details in the next few days, yet it would be nice to know how big of company we will own, albeit a much smaller portion.

I would also assume that since the release stated that "Western Oil has an agreement for the first of these acquisitions, a $3.5 Million retail tire corporation, in place and several additional candidates are currently under consideration", these acquisitions will be purchased with stock. If however they are big enough to pay cash for them, we could be for a real ride. That scenario would only be in my dreams.

Just a few late night thoughts,
