CNBC reporting: Morgan Stanley reiterates strong buy on WCOM and increases price target. However the target price was not reported. Good luck to all.

CNBC reports a telecom conference in which WCOM was in attendance. One of the large brokerage firms reiterated a strong buy based on information at the conference. I did not catch all of the details, anyone else?
