Can they even do a reverse split without a vote whether they have a majority or not??? I was caught in one of these once before and they at least went through the formality of a vote. Along the same line, if they do, in fact, want to have 50,000,000 shares will or will not that also require a vote since 300 to 1 really comes out 500,000???
